Cars from the US have advantages before European counterparts in price to quality correlation. Cars from the US are in a better technical condition than its European and Japanese analogues but they cost a lot less than in European countries. The low prices on the US cars are explained by two factors: first, despite of the fact that on European market everything is in Euros for a while now, prices on US cars will always be presented in US dollars. This allows to save quite a lot, sometimes even 25%, comparing to a counterpart from Europe. Second, it is explained by a vast variety of car models presented on the US auto market. Because of such saturation prices on used cars in the US are very low. However, this is not reflected on quality of the US cars, which are in no way inferior but are superior in many ways to its European and Japanese counterparts. The reason is that the requirements of a US buyer are quite high and the buyer’s rights are protected by the government.
